I miss you.
I miss your smile.
I miss your jokes, your laughter, your love.
It's selfish, but I want it back.
I want it all back.
I dreamed about you last night.
I dreamed I had one last day.
Just one.
I made sure the day started early.
I wanted to spend every second with you.
We ate English muffins and strawberry jam.
Your favorite.
We talked a lot.
We talked about everything and nothing.
We talked about the past and the future.
Sometimes we just sat in silence.
Those moments were my favorite.
I could just look at you for hours.
After that, we did lots more.
We did everything we used to.
I savored every moment.
Finally, the sun set.
I knew our day was coming to an end,
But I couldn't bear to think about it.
We laid in the grass in our special spot.
Remember that place?
You could see the stars perfectly.
I laid with you in that short, everlasting moment.
And do you know what I did next?
Do you?
I danced with you.
I danced with you around and around.
We danced to that song we know so well.
For a moment, we were one.
My feet didn't seem to touch the earth.
With you, I could fly.
I felt like the luckiest girl in the world.
I knew I was.
I wish we could have had more time.
I miss you.
I still cry for you, when I'm alone.
I'll never forget that dance though.
It'l always be there in the confines of my imagination.
We'll always dance together,
Even if it's only in my dreams.

I am the Queen of Spades, breaking the rules once I learn the game. I am the calm before the storm, hell on the high seas. I tempt the Fates and trick the Furies. I outsing the Sirens and outfly the Angels.

Women and cats will do as they please,
and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

If you think dogs can't count, try putting three dog biscuits in your pocket
and then give him only two of them.

You know, it does! That's totally not what I meant to do, but it's so cool!! Nifty.
